Notice To All Tax Clients!

The CRA E-file service will be conducting its annual shutdown and maintenance period.

Starting on:  Friday, January 28, 2022 – Monday February 21st 2022

At this time the DABC TaxAID program will be able to assist clients on a limited capacity with tax filings for previous years (paper filings) as well as tax consultations. The current standard processing time for the CRA to process a paper filing is 8-12 weeks.

Please note that during this time we will only be able to assist clients that have the slips needed to complete their filing as our Autofill service will be down during this period as well.

We appreciate our client’s patience and understanding during this time and look forward to assisting you with your upcoming 2021 tax filings!
