Disability Action of Canada’s ‘Raise the Rates (PWD) Rally & Rave (with DJ)’

Disability Action of Canada is organizing a “Raise the Rates (PWD) Rally & Rave (with DJ)” event at the B.C. Legislature steps & lawn on May 15^th – 1pm to 3pm in Victoria.

It will feature speakers (politicians and advocates) and the media will be invited. A DJ will play chill & flow music to close out the event.

Through this event, Disability Action of Canada wants to put public pressure on the BC government to immediately increase the Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Benefit by $300/month for ALL recipients – regardless of shelter status.
