DABC's Solidarity Statement

DABC recognizes that people with disabilities may face additional barriers due to intersecting forms of oppression and marginalization, including: colonialism, systemic racism, transphobia, gender inequality, heterosexism, and social inequality. We also acknowledge that our past actions as an organization have not always been equitable and inclusive. We have spent a significant amount of time reflecting and learning, and we are sharing with you our Solidarity Statement, which we will continue to review and apply to our daily practices.
